Lifeguard applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a pre-employment swim test of 500 yards All lifeguard employees  will be required to pass written and skills certification tests to be eligible for employment.  Lifeguards will be certified by American Red Cross in Life guarding and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.   Water Safety (Swim Lesson) Instructors will be certified from American Red Cross.  Concession and reception positions will be  Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified.  Gender not considered for hiring, but for other considerations such as apparel purchase.  An APPLICATION is not guarantee of EMPLOYMENT.  download and print 2 pages
